The Graphics workshop

Kirsten Kjærs Museum opened the Graphics workshop in 2001, for the benefit of the museum’s guests, for courses, and for the working artists:

Members:
Are asked to pay 365 Dkk per year. The graphics committee urges membership. Members give the Graphics workshop 2 prints for further sale per each press. To become a member, an artist must have participated in a seminar or been “resident artist” at Kirsten Kjærs Museum. Members are free to use the workshop, and overnight accommodation can be arranged with one of the committee members for 50 Dkk per day.

Membership fees, valid for the year, are paid in January.

Members can apply to exhibit in the graphics corridor (approx. 20 meters) from April - October. Unless otherwise agreed, all exhibition preparation is the responsibility of the artist. The Graphics workshop takes a 10% commission on any piece that is sold.

Visiting Graphics artists:
Are asked to contribute 50 Dkk per day for use of the workshop and 50 Dkk per night of accommodation. As with members, 2 prints are given to the workshop per press. Visits can be arranged with one of the committee members.
