As early as in 2010, the museum’s founders, Harald Fuglsang and John Anderson, started furnishing the current memorial room with personal belongings, wishing to share them with the museum’s guests.
Harald and John’s Living Room, as we call the room, consists of furniture and different personal items, as well as paintings and drawings. Those portraits are made by artists, who had lived at the museum and enjoyed their hospitality. There are also photographs, diplomas and other documentation material to be seen.
The memorial room gives a subtle impression of the two people, who concertedly created a unique museum for a distinctive female artist, as well as an oasis for contemporary artists.
